There are so many benefits to spending some time living abroad, and Europe is such an immensely diverse and vibrant place it’s not hard to see why it’s such a popular choice. For many, the very first person they call when they decide to purchase a home is a real estate agent. The best way to find an agent you can trust, is by referral. Of course you can also research agents online, look at their reviews and follow their blogs and social media to see if they might be a good fit. While there is nothing wrong with contacting an agent first, don’t be surprised or alarmed if the first question they ask is either “have you spoken with a lender” or “are you already pre-approved”? I promise they are not trying to blow you off. There is a method to our madness and our inquiry is only because we have your best interest at heart.

Where is the outrage? Where is the political action? Why doesn't anyone do something? We have heard these questions every single summer since the Troy Davis case came to public knowledge. We are just not a proactive nation. We sit by and let things happen until they become so bad that we can't do anything to stop them from happening, or so we believe. Where is the NRA? That is a question. This is their fight! Where are they?
