I love cooking with my skillet and clarified butter is great for pan-frying. Clarified butter has a higher smoke point which is excellent for cooking meats and seafood at a higher temperature without the burned flavor.

You don't need to wait for special occassions to buy fresh flowers. Flowers are great to have in the house for so many reasons but my favorite reason is just because. Fresh-cut flowers can make every day feel special.

You can find them very reasonable at the super market, grocery store and farmers market. They are conveniently located at the grocery store so while you're there, just pick up a bouquet or two.

The Cosmopolitan started in South Beach according to Liquors.com in the 90s. It make a great signature drink in it's own right. It can be great for parties, intimate gatherings or perfect for two. I have come across several different recipe versions and videos and selected this one based on it's simplicity.

Maluku is a cluster of about one thousand islands totaling 74,504 square kilometers, forming part of the Malay Archipelago in eastern Indonesia near New Guinea.

Drying spices
In addition to mangoes, breadfruit and coconuts, villagers on Makian Island also cultivate nutmeg and cloves. Nutmeg can often be seeing drying in baskets on the rooftops or spread on tarps along the narrow village roads, with the red lace-like material called mace (pictured) separated from the dark, shiny nut.
